AF Group is proposing 2 investment opportunities on the island of Skiathos, in the Tourism industry,

 

Skiathos Island is eloquently called the Emerald of the Aegean due to the vast green scenery and the 69 golden sandy beaches offering a terrific holiday retreat destination.

The island is operational all year round with daily flight connections from Athens International Airport; during the summer season, Skiathos International Airport welcomes flights from all major European Airports.  By sea, the island is accessible from the ports of Volos, Agios Kostandinos, Mantoudi, and Thessaloniki.  

In addition, because of the International Airport and the calm Aegean waters, many Mega and Super Yachts choose to more in Skiathos and organize their journeys based out of Skiathos.

The first project calls for the development of a 5star hotel in the center of Skiathos overlooking the port and the Aegean, with a capacity of 100 beds, namely 39 rooms (some of which feature private pools)

Please note that the potential new owner can get investment subsidies from the government (Anaptixiakos Nomos) of approximately 3,000,000 euros.  Also we would like to inform you that such investments also qualify for the Golden Visa Program.
